Ingredients:

• 1 pound beef stew, marinated in:
• Salt
• Pepper
• Garlic
• 2 tablespoons pimenta
• Bay leaf
• Oregano
• 1/2 cup white wine
•. Parsley for garnish

Additional ingredients:

• Onions, chopped
• Worcestershire sauce
• Chouriço
• Tomato paste
• 1 can of tomatoes
• Another 1/2 cup white wine
• Carrots, chopped

Steps:

1. Marinate the beef stew in a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic, pimenta, bay leaf, oregano, and 1/2 cup white wine. Store in the fridge for at least one hour.
2. In a pot, sauté the chopped onions until translucent.
3. Add the marinated beef to the pot.
4. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, chouriço, one can of tomatoes, and another 1/2 cup of white wine.
5. Add two cups of water and beef bouillon
6. Add chopped carrots to the pot.
7. Let the mixture simmer for as long as possible.
