Ingredients:

1lbs Parisienne Potatoes
1/2 EVOO
Portuguese pimenta to taste (depending on how spicy you like it, I use 2 big spoonfuls)
1/2 cup red pepper paste (red pepper, water and salt blended) perfect way to repurpose those peppers that have been sitting in your fridge!
1 Tbsp tomato paste
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Oregano
Chicken bouillon
Juice of a lemon
Chopped onion

Firstly you’re going to want to soak your potatoes in water and drain, mix all the ingredients together and let those potatoes marinate in the fridge for atleast one hr. Pop them in the oven covered in foil at 375 for one hr. Remove the foil stir and let them cook for another hr. And that is it! So easy, so delicious!
Pro tip, boil the potatoes for 20 mins first and save on the cooking time!
