Here’s how to make it:
• 1 bottle Paralito Rosé Vinho Verde
• 1/2 cup Ginjinha
• 1/4 cup Cointreau
• 1 orange, 1 lemon, 1 lime (sliced)
• 1/2 cup strawberries
• 1 cup pitted cherries
• 1–2 cinnamon sticks
• 2 tbsp honey
• 1 cup sparkling water (to top before serving)
• Ice
Steps:
1. In a large pitcher, muddle the fruit, honey, and cinnamon stick.
2. Add the Ginjinha and Cointreau. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
3. Pour in the chilled Paralito Rosé and stir gently.
4. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours to let the flavours infuse.
5. Just before serving, top with sparkling water and serve over ice.
