Made with iconic Mateus Rosé wine, frozen strawberries, honey, fresh lemon juice, and a splash of vodka, this frozen rosé cocktail is fruity, refreshing, and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

1 750ml Mateus Rosé
1 cup frozen strawberries
¼ cup vodka (optional)
½ juice of a lemon
2 tablespoon honey
1 cup ice

Garnish

Fresh Strawberries
Lemon
Mint

Instructions

Pour the Mateus Rosé into a container or ice cube trays and freeze overnight.
Add the frozen rosé, frozen strawberries, honey, lemon juice, vodka (if using), and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
Pour into chilled glasses.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, lemon slices, or mint.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
