Ingredients
750g
white fish (hake preferred)

onions, sliced

garlic cloves, sliced thinly

red bell pepper, sliced

tablespoon
paprika
½
lemon juice
½
cup
white wine

tablespoon
olive oil
1-2
tablespoon
fresh parsley
salt
black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Place fish in baking dish and salt generously.
3. Layer onions, garlic, and red pepper.
4. Sprinkle paprika.
5. Add white wine and lemon juice.
6. Drizzle olive oil over top.
7. Finish with parsley and black pepper.
8. Bake for 20 minutes until fish flakes easily.
9. Garnish with some more fresh parsley, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon
Serve with potatoes or steamed cauliflower.
