In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, piri piri sauce, sweet paprika, salt, and white pepper. Toss to coat.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and marinade to the pan.
Cook shrimp for 1β2 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
Finish with lemon juice and fresh parsley before serving.
